God has a plan
1) I was about to go to school when I saw a young student trying to cross to the other side but he can’t because he was scared, luckily there is this one man who helped him to cross to the other side in order for that child to continue the trip to his school.
2) I forgot to take my wallet at home. I left it there without me knowing and got out to buy a food. I was kind of nervous because I already ordered for a food but the seller noticed me being nervous and asked me if i’m okay. I quickly said that I forgot my wallet at home and i will have to go back to get it. The seller was so nice because she gave me the food for free but, I want to pay for the food that i have bought because it’s her job.
3) My childhood bestfriend called me because she has a great news to tell me. I was too curious because while at the call, I can sense her overwhelming happiness and i can feel the smile on her face. When i asked her about the good news she told me that she got accepted to the school she wanted with a scholarship. I was so happy because every time we talk, she always brings this school and how she wanted to be a student there and continue pursuing her dreams there. I’m so glad and very happy to see her achieve something she really wanted to have.
Act of Kindness!
This act of kindness might be simpler for you to say but for me, it was a big act of kindness because I was walking home yesterday when I saw a grade schooler struggle to answer his assignment in math. When i’m secretly looking into what he’s doing i saw that he was answering a mathematical equation which is subtraction and addition. I was shy when i approached him but i wouldn’t mind because I don’t want to see him struggle. I approached him and ask him if i could borrow his paper and let me do some of the equation. I answered then right after I taught him how to answer it correctly. Ofcourse, the old way, I used my hands to count with him and slowly teach him. I was very happy to see him leaving with a big smile in his face.
Calm Your Mind!
What i do to calm my mind is I listen to my favorite song and watch some tv series and eat food.
Move Your Body!
I regularly do some stretching to help regulate my muscles and blood flow. I make sure to always walk and move my arms and hips to be in great condition.
