3 Good Things that Happened this Week.
For this week, there’s a lot of good things that happened, but these three were the best that happened to me.
•I rushed my cousin to the hospital when she is so sick, then the good thing to that is she’s now already okay and recovering from her illness. It was something that makes me cry, but now I am already happy because she is now okay.
•I have already shoot for my save the date video for debut, and very tiring day but it’s indeed productive day. Days have passed and my debut’s coming, it makes me feel excited but at the same time nervous. I learned some pose with my so-called photographer. My mother and sister was there to help me strike a pose and to be my p.a. for one day.
•Lastly, I am allowed to join the criminology asp for this semester, even though I’m from allied health. Learning it was the best that happened to me this week, to become a police is my greatest ambition but I can’t have it. Criminology asp makes me feel like I’ve already learned what police learns, like the malware forensics and many more.
Act of Kindness.
Everyday is the best day to be kind, but this week I would like to share it based on my experience. Last saturday I went to divisoria all by myself and as a poor consumer I make “tawad” for my stuffs because as I’ve said I am poor, but there’s a man “alok” his sunglasses to me and he said “sige na nak, kahit magkano basta may benta lang” it makes me cry deep inside because there’s people who does heinous crime just to earn money, but this man were truly a man to earn money and do things, even though he is not earning too much money from it, I smiled at him and told that “Okay lang kuya, 2 for 150 diba? Hindi po ako tatawad” yes, I treated him with bread and a drink, he smiled at me and makes me smile even more. And because of that I realised, small things really counts. It was a small thing for me but I made him smile. I felt happy and blessed to see people like him striving in a good way.
Calm Your Mind.
As a graduating student, everyday is important for us. There’s a lot of petas to be passed and we are doing it for the future. But “wag mo kalimutang ipahinga utak mo” as my mother said, so at the end day I make sure that I will listen to classical musics because that makes my mind calm, it is something that makes me calm all the time. I learned to love these classical musics because it has a great impact to my mind, it makes me calm, ease the stress and sleep everyday.
Move Your Body.
I am not that “gym-type-person” but I do my own workout every day. P.E. class makes my body move because every game is important to us. It will make my grade good so I make sure that I will join the game and enjoy moving my body. Everyday I move my body, in just walking upstairs to fifth floor makes me move my body. Last week I also dance in front of my former classmates and dancing together is our bonding so I joined with them and let my body move.
